Five countries claim 82% of the 2019 top 50 world universities in aerospace engineering:
Do you notice? Russia cannot place one single university among the world top 50 aerospace higher educatioon schools. One wonders where Russian aerospace engineers learn their trade. They aptly produce world-class civil and military aircrafts, they do not shy away from building high-performing rockets and launchers, and they maintain space stations high in the skies for years on row. Could they be genetically modified for the task, or is the Shanghai Ranking missing something here?
