Globally, North America takes 57 slots, Asia and Pacific 21, and Europe 17. The redistribution of positions is made clearer by the per capita score. The top 5 are Israel (score of 67.7), Hong Kong (66.8), Singapore (43.1), Switzerland (26.3) and Taiwan (21.7).
