Quintana Rojas of Movistar Team achieved a successful Tour : not only he finished 2nd in the overall classification with a gap of only 4 minutes 20 seconds to the "yellow jersey", but he also won the mountain climbing prize, and the Young riders' prize, this one with a comfortable margin of 13 minutes. Not at all a shy performance — the future will tell more about Rojas' capabilities and talents. Andrew Talansky of Garmin - Sharp Team takes the 2nd rank and Michal Kwiatkowski of Omega Pharma-Quick Step takes the 3rd place at 14 minutes 39 seconds from the leader. The average time of all young riders (red line in the chart) is 86:33:00, corresponding to a speed of 39.32 km/h.
Are considered "young riders" those under 25 on 1 January of the same year. The leader wears a "maillot blanc" (white jersey).
